Job Title: Client Services Manager 
Location: Camberley
Salary: up to £30,000 Basic, Uncapped Commission & Company Benefits 

• Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services
• Your overall responsibility is to generate significant additional revenue from existing clients, through adding product and service to meet client needs
• To manage the internal telemarketing team – ensuring that they are motivated and achieving their development targets
• You will be responsible in partnership with the Head of Client Services for ensuring that the internal telemarketing team build both strong client relationships, and in turn increased upsell profitability.
• You will work closely with both the sales and account management teams in segment, to ensure they operate as one single entity
• Working with the above, you will also be responsible for identifying, visiting and ultimately winning new business from the existing client base.
• You will have clear targets and KPI’s related to business volume, revenue, conversion and ‘meeting’ generation, as well as division profitability
• To build a pipeline of future work and ensure that the company’s existing client revenue target is achieved
• To ensure that client retention levels remain at optimum levels. This is paramount.

You will need:
• A strong background in sales and, or, account management. 
• Experience of managing a telemarketing team would be desirable
• Entrepreneurship, innovative, analytical
• A self-starter
• Proactive, highly energetic and positive
• Team player, ability to build and manage senior relationships internally and externally
• Ability to plan own diary as well as effective time management skills
• Strong client facing and communication skills
