Business Coordinator (Sales Administrator)

My Client, a renowned company based in Brentwood are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team.

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 (Plus benefits package up to £30,000)


• Provide full administrative support to brokers on Accepted/Declined/Pending decisions
• First point of contact on all incoming calls
• Assist with all customer service enquiries
• Chasing updates on pending and proposal agreed with brokers
• Raising documentation to send out to brokers/customers
• Production and upkeep of various excel spreadsheets
• Collating Monthly expenses and checking before submission for approval
• Minute taking at monthly sales meetings
• Searching and producing reports on customers via various credit search i.e. Experian, credit safe


• Good communication and customer service skills - both written and oral
• Self motivated with sense of urgency
• Experience of working in a targeted environment and working to tight deadlines
• Great attention to detail
• Minimum of 2 years work experience within Administration or Sales Administration
• Ability to handle high workloads
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Minimum 5 x GCSE qualifications A-C including Maths and English
• Ideally from a lease or financial service background but otherwise must have experience in a service lead or operational environment
