My client, a Learning & Development Consultancy based in London SE1, are looking to recruit for a Client and Project Lead to join their team.

This company works in partnership with a number of high-profile organisations, assisting with areas such as leadership development and change management.

Salary is £25-29k per annum, depending on experience.

They are looking for someone ASAP, so candidates who are available immediately (or at short notice) would be preferable.

The role reports to the Head of Client Services. The successful candidate will support the Client Directors with larger clients, and also personally manage some smaller clients.



Duties include:

Client support and management:

Supporting the delivery of high quality proposals.
Agree and deliver work plans
Build strong client relationships
Track and review projects.
Manage risks and opportunities
Ensure all team colleagues are briefed on project requirements
Monitor project delivery
Ensure the highest standards of customer service

Project and Programme Management:

Create project plans
Manage projects from beginning to end
Form a team to deliver the agreed work.
Monitor the resource allocated to the project
Manage stakeholder engagement
Work with learning designers, facilitators, coaches and clients
Co-ordinate the production of client facing resources
Manage the logistics of the events, including booking venues, printing programme materials, etc.
Manage project deadlines
Secure relevant purchase orders to raise accurate invoices
Management of project information
Complete project and programme evaluation

Skills and Experience required

Project management skills, preferably gained in a learning and development, HR, marketing or business consultancy organisation.
Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Attention to detail.
A focus on continuous improvement
Experience of working with proposals
Excellent client relationship management skills
Working to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
