Client Analyst Leeds City Centre Salary up to £24,000 Dependent upon experience. Excellent Benefits and place of work.

I am delighted to be working in partnership with a firm who are looking for an individual to join their Financial Services team, in order to provide a excellent service to their clients.
My client is looking for a Client Analyst to join the team in Leeds.
This role would suit an individual currently working in a regulated environment, and who is familiar with AML and KYC procedure.

As a successful candidate you would be responsible for the following:

To ensure all new client submissions / reactivations are identified in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• To assist the legal teams with ad-hoc queries and client submissions.
• Explain to the legal teams the reasons for identification requests for different types of clients.
• To provide an efficient and professional service to all clients in line with defined processes and procedures.
• To achieve the departmental and individual targets and objectives.
• To build strong and lasting relationships with internal clients and colleagues in order to achieve the business goals.



In order to apply you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• The ability to produce high quality and detailed work;
• Experience of working in a regulated environment.
• The ability to be hard working, engaged, helpful, approachable; resourceful; calm under pressure; with an eye for detail.
• A Team player; able to prioritise; communicates well by email and telephone; open about everything, including mistakes.
• Works with an eye on cost; broad understanding of law firm financials; able to follow internal financial processes.
• You will need to be service orientated, owning problems; understands things from client’s point of view; looks after clients.
• Have the ability to proactively seek out information; manage workloads effectively; and understand how their role impacts on the big picture.
