Our client is an independent business that provides financial advice. They specialises in all aspects of employee benefits, workplace pensions and business protection assurance.

Their office is bright, modern and open plan. The team is professional and like to enjoy their day at work. At full capacity, there is a team of about 25. This is a great opportunity to join a national firm who will support you with training and provide long term career opportunities.





You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of advisers. You will liaise with employers to obtain, prepare and submit employee data. You will be responsible for submitting on-line business protection applications to providers, letter writing to clients and dealing with telephone queries as necessary. You will report to your Line Manager with reports/figures etc when requested.



You will need to possess basic knowledge of employee benefits, corporate pensions and FCA rules. You will need to be able to deal with clients, colleagues and product providers with confidence and professionalism. You will be able to manage priorities effectively and efficiently and work to strict deadlines. You'll be customer focused, self motivated and be able to work well in a team. Good IT skills are essential and experience of using IRESS, Assureweb and LifeQuote is desirable.
