Our client is a property management company based in Central London.
It has a diverse residential property portfolio and is today a modern property investor owning high quality assets in a prime area of London.

To support the Lettings and Property Management Department, Directors and the Company.
Dealing with all financial aspects surrounding the company.
PDQ/Debit card, credit card and expense account reconciliation.
Bank Reconciliations.
Quarterly NRL submission.
Calculating and issuing lettings commission.
Payments to clients and suppliers and reconcile with rental schedules and property management.
Audit, report, improve and monitor all accounts.
Oversee annual and ad-hoc audits.
Banking and Invoicing.
Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly complying with minimum standards.
Using in-house database to process property deals’ accounts.
Property Administration.
Collation, overseeing of all lettings rental schedule including rental arrears.
Chasing tenants and landlords for non-payment of rents/fees.
Assisting Property Management Department in relation to TDS and deposit releases.
Annual client tax statements.
Issuing rental demands.
Create systems and processes where necessary.
Audit and improve existing accounting systems and processes/procedures.
Liaising with the lettings and property management for financial reporting.
Produce monthly management reports.
Assist Directors, Managers and staff on a regular basis.
Ensure the company compiles with ARLA, NALS, NAEA, OEA and OFT guides to best practice and compliance.
Ensure client records are kept up to date.
Email both internal and external.
Fielding telephone calls – taking messages and referring to appropriate member of team.

Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent inter-personal skills.
Excellent typing skills.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of letting tenancies and basic understanding of      property law.
Need to be thoroughly competent ideally 2-3 year’s experience.
Self-motivated and well organised.
Proactive and positive attitude.
