Salary £17,610. 1 year fixed term contract.
Location – Belfast
Hours 37 Hours per week
Position type – Full time fixed term until November 2018 (Maternity Cover)
• Provide clerical support with confidential matters which are handled by the Employee Relations Manager and wider HR Business Operations TEAM.
• Assist in the preparations of highly confidential and sensitive Industrial Tribunal cases including liaising with the company solicitors, providing policies, liaising with Managers regarding details of the cases, collation of files and co-ordinating witness attendance at tribunals.
• Support the team in preparing files, collating evidence, sourcing documents and administering interview attendance at internal company hearings.
• Provide secretarial support and undertake clerical duties for the Employee Relations Manager and wider HR Operations team.
• Co-ordinate the organisation of meeting, release of staff, preparation & distribution of the agenda, taking minutes as required for meetings chaired by the team.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an HR environment
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Exposure to working in a Trade Unionised environment
• Awareness of legislative requirements within an HR department
• Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above, or equivalent, including English & Maths or, alternatively be able to demonstrate at least 2 years relevant experience in similar post.
