My client in Ipswich town centre are looking for a claims handler to join their property department. If you have experience within insurance or are looking to develop a career within the industry, I would like to hear from you.
Manage and deploy claims to ensure responses are completed within a timely manner and costs are kept inline.
Ensure a high level of customer service is always maintained
Process administration tasks and keep accurate records with a high attention to detail and professionalism to ensure all is in line for audit
Answer telephone and email queries within the SLA agreements in place with clients, suppliers and partners and handle complaints, escalating when necessary
Negotiate settlement of claims with customers, clients and suppliers where appropriate
Comply with company policy and procedures and other regulations.
Create written communication that keeps within company guidelines.
You will pride yourself on your communication skills, both written and verbally and be customer focused at all times. Ideally you will have been within a similar environment before or are passionate about learning the industry and developing a career within claims and insurance. You will be confident making decisions and be highly organised with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
