As a Claims Associate you would be expected to be a competent user of Microsoft Office, good communication skills with excellent telephone manner and attention to detail. You will also be expected to demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritise and work under pressure, with a willingness to bring a positive and 'can-do' attitude to all your work.
