We have full and part time roles available – we’d ask that you can commit to full time hours for the first four weeks of training.
Due to the current environment and government advice, we are currently working from home, but note the contracted location of the role would be London - Canary Wharf.
As a Claims Investigator, you’ll help sort out financial services problems for the people who come to our service for help. You’ll be accountable for investigating things thoroughly and getting to the bottom of our customers’ complaints. The salary is £28,900.
You’ll have a 4-6 month training programme developing the skills that’ll help you to find answers to problems that are fair and feel fair to the people that come to us for help. This will be based in the office in Canary Wharf.
Building on your existing experience, you’ll learn to listen carefully to both sides, ask the right questions and use sound judgement – as well as drawing on the expertise and knowledge of those around you.
You’ll need to build trust, manage expectations and explain what you think, and why – both in writing and over the phone. You’ll thrive in an environment where no two days are the same – and you’ll be motivated by doing the right thing.
To be considered for this role you’ll need to demonstrate the following core skills:
- strong prioritisation skills,
- strong communication skills,
- decision making skills,
- ability to evaluate evidence using sound judgement and empathy,
- resilience and ability to work under pressure,
- ability to work autonomously and take ownership for your own workload.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Canary Wharf London looking at £28,900.
