Duties include supporting the client to access the local and wider community, this includes swimming, going to the gym, shopping, cinema, bowling, social activities. Some sessions may include some elements of Support personal care. We are looking for support workers with a positive, outgoing personality to encourage our client’s independence as well as interacting with our clients hobbies.
As a support worker for Reed Community Care you will benefit from:

The ideal worker will have:
6 months experience in health and social care.
Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care.
