Our client is based in Central Milton Keynes and are seeking an experienced Administrator.  This role is a temporary to permanent position.  Hours of work Mon- Fri, 37.5 hours.  Salary between £18,000 to £21,000 dependant upon experience.

Main duties
:
- Billing internal and external clients raising invoices with licence fees and services
- Keeping track of client’s deposit and process the return of deposit at their end of the contract
- Issuing new keys and access fobs for new clients or when requested by any client
- Balancing account and conduct inventory of keys and fobs at the end of contract
- Preparing Purchase Orders and Payment Requisitions to be sent over to Head Office
- Running weekly and monthly reports
- Processing the month end following procedures
- Making changes on the telephone system when needed
- Liaising with all contractors and suppliers and keep up to date all the maintenance reports
- Ordering office supplies and any products needed for the run of the building
- Checking and clearing kitchens at a set up time
- Serving any catering or refreshments for clients that have booked this service
- Covering Reception at lunch times, breaks and holidays

You must have excellent customer service skills, be a good communicator either face to face or over the telephone, be of smart appearance, flexible and hard working.  Strong attention to detail is a must and you must be adaptable to any situation.
