Looking for a Category Support Manager for my client based in Norwich. This role is a contract position between three and six months with an immediate start.


This exciting project role will be to develop, communicate, negotiate and look at supplier performance through KPI’s including on time delivery and efficiently levels for the business to gain year on year cost savings


• Recent experience in a procurement environment within a
large, complex commercially driven organisation.
• Significant experience of influencing from a strategic
perspective, whilst implementing effective procurement
management and compliance structures.
• Evidence of success in building relationships across
organisational, professional and operational boundaries.
• Experience of working with key suppliers including
performance development to meet business needs.
• Commercially astute with proven track record of delivering
cost savings and added value.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to
build collaborative relationships to deliver change.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams.


• Qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent level qualification
• Desirable - CIPS professional level

This role will be paying a competetive day rate, working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
