Cash Collector with German

For our client, a global supplier of integrated solutions for the engineering industry, we are looking for a German speaking candidate to join their international team in Brno. This position is perfect for someone who likes using languages and would like to have flexible office hours.

Principal accountabilities:


• Monitor payment performance of customers and escalate immediately where appropriate
• Ensure 3rd party debtors are proactively contacted and pay within agreed payment terms to maintain overdue debt and DSO within agreed target levels
• All CRM activities reviewed and followed daily
• Maintain accurate and up to date all contact records and interaction with customers in CRM
• Daily review of credit hold list and follow up with customers (list of sales orders held due to overdue)
• Highlight all customers disputes and record in SAP immediately to ensure quick turnaround
• Daily review and follow up on all disputes on assigned customer accounts, with customers on unallocated payments
• Issue copy invoices/credit notes and account statements as required
• Monitor shared email boxes to make sure all requests are actioned and response provided
• Liaise with Credit Risk team to ensure accurate data is maintained and all risks to collections are identified

We are looking for:

• Communicative personality - Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English (B2) and German (B2) (Italian is an advantage)
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Secondary / University education
