REED Recruitment are working with a renowned Care at Home organisation who are looking to appoint a new Operations Director to manage the day-to-day running of their business.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the successful candidate will oversee their care at home services across the East of Scotland area, with control over Quality and Compliance, and Operations.
This a fantastic role for the right candidate who has demonstrable experience in a senior leadership role with a care organisation or experience in an operations role within another sector. The Operations Director will have the ability to influence the business culture, practice and future growth with the inevitable successes which will come as a result.

As the Operations Director you will lead their services in the Central East of Scotland, bid for, implement and deliver commercially viable and sustainable local authority contracts and framework agreements and ensure the highest possible service standards. In addition, you will ensure services meet all contractual, legal and regulatory standards whilst continuously developing and improving quality standards and management processes.
