REED Health and Care are working exclusively with a new client to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator, for their care at home service based in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that has grown steadily over recent years and will continue to do so. This role would be Monday – Friday.
The role will see the successful candidate be responsible for ensuring that all of the service users receive the care that they need. You will be responsible for the creation of staff rotas and as such experience of using People Planner is expected.
You will be required maintain the staff and client database along with ensuring that all team members have knowledge of the Regulatory framework, SSSC Codes of Practice and the National Care Standards. The successful candidate will report into the Service Manager.
- Experience using the People Planner rota system
- Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office
- Great interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
