Can you be the point of contact for clients and carers to help manage the diaries and appointments for the carers?

Using Excel and MS Word to update client record and liaise with internal and external contacts re appointments and keeping accurate records 

There is a high level of phone liaising in the role.Could you be the persons who will deal with any issues or complaints and a background in customer services and working to deadlines will really help with these duties

Ability to monitor all references and to ensure that high standards are maintained.
Dealing with internal and external audits and monitoring for high compliance standards

Using your existing customer services skills you will be the person who is responsible to ensure that all clients receive the right level of services and that they are happy, by attending meeting

You will be able to input high levels of information on to the system and be able to update records and  accounts daily to ensure all activities are tracked and monitored.
