Care Assistant

We have exciting opportunities to work within the Care sector. We have care assistant, support worker, mental health support worker and various other roles available. You will need to have experience working with a range of clients such as elderly with disabilities, children with challenging behaviour, clients with mental health. This will be a long-term temporary position paying from £9 – £11 per hour. 

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities: 
• Work as part of a team to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
• Demonstrate an understanding of social emotional and behavioural difficulties and how these may impact the lives of the clients that we support.
• Assessing each client’s needs and progress. 
• Creating a safe and positive living environment. 
• Providing leisure and creative opportunities. 
• Helping residents to deal with problems and become independent. 
• Keeping records and writing reports 
• Working with other health and care professionals. 
• Direct work with client’s, key working and generally taking an active part in providing support 
• Inspire and encourage clients engage in all aspects of daily living 

You will need a NVQ level 2 or NVQ level 3 for this position.
