Our reputable client in the care industry is looking for an administrator on a full-time, permanent basis to be responsible for administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth running of the building on a day-to-day basis whilst interacting with residents.
Duties can include:
*Day to day operational running of the building
*Answering telephones from internal and external customers and contacts, reception and general office admin.
*Handling applications for service and complaints accordingly.
*Inputting data and producing reports
*Raising purchase orders and other financial administration duties (petty cash, amenities)
*Maintaining and updating files and records
*Liaising with resident's families around needs and finances (managing resident's money)
This really is a perfect position for a switched-on and organised candidate with good attention to detail who loves to interact, have fun and socialise with the elderly.
You must be confident and be able to handle sensitive enquiries due to the nature of the role and enjoy working as part of a team.
