The roles are 37.5 hours per week and is on rolling shift work which would include early mornings for example 7.30am to evenings around 7pm.
The shifts would change each week and would require working some weekends.
The role mainly requires inbound call answering with answering queries and passing on messages.
The role is fairly simple and would require someone with Customer Service background and good typing skills.
The successful candidate will be invited to an assessment interview where you will be testing on your typing and spelling skills and do a practice call.
You will also need to be confident in your abilities to compile well-formed messages in a timely manner and will therefore need strong typing, spelling and communication skills.
All candidates will need to have an excellent telephone manner and understand the importance of tone, mirroring and rapport in order to deliver exceptional levels of service to each and every customer we speak to.
Pay will start at £7.50ph and you will have the opportunity to be paid £8.00ph based on your customer service feedback from your calls you answered. Once made permanent you have the option of taking on additional tasks within the company and getting £8.50ph.
