Our client is a well-established local employer based in Long Stratton.  Due to expansion they require an Interim Call Centre Manager to lead the Customer Contact Centre to continue to deliver high levels of customer service.  The role is initially being offered as a 3 month contract but may be longer or even permanent for the right person.

This is a busy and challenging position and it is essential that you have management experience gained within a call centre environment. Housing or repairs experience would be an advantage.

You will be managing a team of approximately 20 Customer Service Representatives and duties include:

Ensure all calls are answered promptly offering high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensure all queries are actioned either by the advisor or passed onto a specialist team to manage
Work scheduling
Recruitment of temporary and permanent staff into the call centre
Monitoring KPIs and SLAs ensuring the department runs effectively
Coaching and Training
Holding 1-2-1's, reviews and appraisals
Communicating with other parts of the business maintaining close relationships
