A returning client of Reed Business Support in Staines has instructed us to work on their latest piece of recruitment.
Joining a small office team, you will be on hand to interact with customers by providing and processing information in response to customer enquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints, set up and manage accounts, process orders and organise workflow to meet customer timeframes. In addition, it is the responsibility of the customer service administrator to manage administration, provide feedback where necessary to customers, keep and maintain customer records and provide general support to the business.
Ideal candidate will have previous office based customer service experience. Good level of administration, can communicate well to all customers (even customer complaints) and be competent in MS Office.
