As a result of an ever growing business, our client is recruiting for a Business Systems Manager to support its current processes. 

Business Systems Manager
Basingstoke
Permanent / Full time

The purpose of this position is to develop and define overall structural support to the business through the analysis, design and implementation of the business processes. To manage the application of business systems for current and future business needs. 

The role will also bring support to the integrity of the business process via systematic review, documentation and training and has a requirement to develop the structure and capabilities of the key users within the business.

The main duties of the role include:
1. Lead the process of change management for business applications
2. Provide structural support for business applications with appropriate measurement, documentation and training
3. Develop and lead the network of key users throughout the company
4. Analyse, design and implement process improvements across the business, including data-migration and testing
5. manage and guide the Business Systems Analyst team
6. Lead the implementation of new business applications
7. Collaborate with business users to manage implementation, training and support options for the business
8. Devise and produce business reports in conjunction with functional heads to support operational activities

There will be a need to build both internal and external relationships with key decision makers. These will include;

Internal:
Senior UK Executive Team
heads of Functional Processing
Directors of all UK Locations
Regional CIO of North EMEA

External:
Core systems support team
Software organisations



The right candidate will need to demonstate the following Competencies and experience:

1. Qualifed Accountant - ACA/CIMA/ACCA or Equivilant
2. Experience of Business Process Analysis in a commercial organisation
3. Knowledge of SAP or other Large ERP platforms
4. Team Leadership or Supervisory experience
5. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Work packages inc Excel, Word and Power Point
