BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER (PUBLIC SECTOR)
My client are a South East London Local Government Authority who are seeking an experienced Business Support Office to work in SE13 supporting a team of Registrars.
The successful candidate will be experienced in both Admin and Customer service some event management experience would be a bonus and you must be able to start this booking asap!
We are looking for someone who has more than 6 months experience in an Administration role that has preferably involved experience of planning, organising and attending events and dealing with clients over the phone etc.
They need to be able to communicate well with the public , be organised , as they will be the main point of contact for those arranging marriage / civil partnership ceremonies & high profile citizenship ceremonies.
They will need to support the rest of the team as and when required. Be able to prioritise as demands may change at short notice.
