This is an opportunity to work within a role to utilise the skills and experience you have to shape and guide the operational processes for this large international organisation.

The purpose of the role is to help the teams work with Legal, Financial, HR, IT and other head office functions to develop and embed their infrastructure, systems and processes. You will be critical in ensure that our regional teams who are based globally are able to do this efficiently so that they can focus on their main role of developing our business and supporting our customer base.

Your varied responsibilities will include being the central contact for our new offices overseas, coordinating all aspects including offices, recruitment, legal, financial, tax and health & safety.

The role will also support the budget setting and management and reporting and budgeting process for our regional teams and also support the recruitment, induction and development of staff based outside Cambridge.

The skills and experience required for this interesting and challenging role include

• The ability to manage multiple strands of work simultaneously
• Strong financial skills and ability to coordinate the setting and monitoring of distributed budget managed by others.
• A ‘completer/finisher’, you will have excellent organisation and planning skills preferably gained in a multi-site environment
• Proactive and able to use your own initiative you will demonstrate strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle and delivery a variety of tasks in an effective and timely way.
