 Salary: £28,000 + London weighting, 10% annual bonus, pension and other benefits

Hours: 37.5 per week


This exciting and varied role is responsible for the coordination of all the business support services required to ensure efficient site operation. You’ll be the first point of contact at the site and support front of house activities for visitors.
As the Business Support Coordinator, you will ensure accurate and timely end to end financial process and provide support to the Finance Business Partner as required. Liaising with suppliers, both nationally and locally to ensure the sites purchasing needs are met, is also part of this role, as is working with the Stores Person to provide administrative support and cover as required.
Health and Safety is key to the sites and part of this role is to ensure this is maintained to the highest standard to ensure that all colleagues and visitors go Home – Safe. You will support the Environment, Health and Safety Manager with all aspects of Health and Safety including communicating Health and Safety information, supporting fire safety evacuations, supporting Health and Safety inductions.
You’ll also assist and support Hiring Managers with recruitment process and ensure that HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
You will also provide support to the other Business Support Coordinators across the South region, offering advice and best practice by participating in team meetings


The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate and support colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrable IT skills, confident user of Excel
- Knowledge of IOSH or experience with risk assessments would be an advantage


A full UK driving licence and use of a car is essential for this role.
