Oxford Direct Service are looking for a Parking Customer Relations Officer who will be required to provide full administration and customer care support to the service area. The role will be based in central Oxford.
This will entail dealing with aggrieved customers on a daily basis, processing all paperwork including appeals, refunds and invoices and permits, dealing with customers both on the telephone and face to face.
The role we are seeking will be required to work alternative weekends with a day off in the week.
The working hours are 08.30 – 16.30 on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri. You would have every Wed off to account for the fact that you would be working every other weekend (both Sat and Sunday 09.30 – 17.00). Total hours a week would be 37 hours.
This is a temporary role till March 2020, paying £11.51 per hour, full time. There is an opportunity to go permanent in the role
