We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to work for a global company based in Aztec West.

The role is to start on 2nd October and is an ongoing position for approx 12 months to cover maternity leave.
Full time hours, Monday-Friday.

You will work closely with the Office Manager to provide admin support to the relevant teams.

Duties include:
Coordinate new starter and leaver requirement
Manage parking booking system
Update desk floor-plan when required
Travel bookings - hotel, train and flights
Administer pool car bookings
Process stationery requests
Adhoc printing, binding, filing, etc
General admin tasks

You must have previous administration experience and be an experienced user of MS Office. You must have good communications skills and be able to use your own initiative.
