The Oxford City Council is looking to appoint a temporary Business Support Administrator to join their team in the Oxford City Centre!

Location – Oxford, Oxfordshire
Pay - £12.85 per hour, plus holiday pay
Hours – Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5pm
Start date – 07th August 2017
End date – 03rd November 2017

Job Purpose:
To assist the co-ordination of the Business Improvement Business Partners to ensure high quality service to internal customers. To assist in the co-ordination and monitoring of service standards and Service Level Agreements including undertaking research as required to inform best practice To provide support to the Business Support Services Manager in the administration of management information systems and collation of reports. To co-ordinate and monitor customer feedback including 3C’s.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Good knowledge and understanding of service delivery either in a customer focus or front facing business environment.
• Experience of working with management information systems to import/export and manipulate data to produce meaningful reports to inform decision-making.
• Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including English and Maths at grade C or above.
• Experience of working both in a team and on own initiative, including strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working across teams.
• Strong ICT skills including MS Office, Visio, Powerpoint and ability to quickly adapt to competence in systems such as iTrent, SupportWorks, Sharepoint as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised approach to work, with the ability to produce documents within set deadlines to include the ability to work flexibly and manage changing and conflicting work priorities.
• Ability to produce high quality work accurately and to deadlines.
• Experience of working to standard operating procedures and assisting in their development and maintenance.
