My client based in Norwich city centre is seeking hardworking, determined and committed individuals to provide administrative support duties in the creation and preparation of motor insurance claims for analysis.



The Role:

• Scan incoming post / claims, categorise and allocate to the Analysis teams
• Data extract incoming claims information onto our software application
• Handle incoming post, identify items that need urgent action and escalate these as appropriate
• Refer new claims to customers for advice on indemnity and liability, deal with responses and allocate claims as appropriate
• Complete claims spreadsheets, distribute and action responses
• Handle incoming calls & enquiries and refer where appropriate
• Deal with failed emails and retransmit to correct addresses
• Allocate engineers’ reports in work queues to the correct team for dealing
• Assist in any reasonable ad hoc tasks where required by the Team Leader
• Provide Reception duties as cover where necessary

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous office experience is desirable but not essential where applicants can otherwise evidence strong IT skills. You will be working in a fast paced environment where emphasis is placed on producing high-quantity, high-quality results, so a positive and enthusiastic attitude, diligent nature and a strong attention to detail are of paramount importance, as is a commitment to teamwork and getting things 'Right First Time’.

This is a full time role working 8:30 am to 5:00 pm offering a salary of £14,200 plus with an attractive employee benefit scheme.
