We are looking for a dynamic Business Support Administrator to join the Data Input Team at Sherwood Energy Village. The team undertake data inputting activities on the Mosaic system for Adult Social Care, Health and Public Protection. The system is used to record information about people who receive social care and support and to arrange their services once needs have been identified and their personal budget allocated.
The role will involve:
? Extracting information from a support plan that has been input onto Mosaic by social care staff, to record (or commission) the care and support services that have been selected for individual service users.
? Ensuring that the support plan and personal budget allocated have been approved by the Team Manager and that the financial information used to select services is accurate and balances.
? Communicating with social care staff by phone and in person to resolve commissioning episodes where the financial information does not balance or where information is missing.
? Notifying social care staff and finance teams when services have been commissioned.
