REED Cheltenham are recruiting for a Company in Tewkesbury who are looking for a Business Support Administrator on a temporary basis for up to 12 months.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the works carried out by the field based team.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Facilitate the processing of service works and dayworks packages
- Coordinate and process paperwork as required
- Follow up calls to customers
- Manage expiry of installation warranty and gain new business
- Process Purchase Orders for subcontractors/suppliers
- Arrange new service agreements
- Manage customer queries and complaints
- General administration duties as required
To be considered for this position you must have at least 1 years experience in an administration role.
