My clients are a well renowned not-for-profit organisation based in the Lewes area. They are looking for a Business Process Improvement Coordinator to improve business efficiency across all business functions.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing improvement initiatives in relation to HR, training, payroll, customer service, and data management systems.

You will:

-Introduce the approach of Lean systems across the organisation
-Map existing processes and make improvement recommendations
-Communicate improvements to staff at all levels
-Engage with employees and include them in the improvement process
