Are you looking for an opportunity to progress?

I am currently recruiting for telesales advisor to join a fast growing company where progression and development is a guarantee.

Job Purpose
 To support the Business Development Team Leader to maximise and develop PTP products and services
 To market and promote PTP to organisations to ensure that contracts/budgets are met
 To ensure that customer satisfaction is met/exceeded across the sectors
 Proactively raise company profile, generating leads to build new business and increase sales with existing
and new employers


To achieve Financial & Performance Targets (KR1)
 Secure business with employers to ensure commercial and government funded targets are met
 Cold call companies using the Jigsaw database and any other media to generate and secure appointments
 Work closely with the business development team to ensure team objectives are met
 Produce reports reflecting personal sales activity

To achieve continuous Quality Improvement (KR2)
 To comply with all company policies & procedures
 To lead on PTP’s quality improvement processes to improve provision and other company processes
 To ensure that PTP is compliant and all audits meet business needs.

To Engage Employers (KR3)
 Promote all aspects of provision offered by PTP, ensure all literature used to market the whole organisation is
up to date and reflects all services available
 To ensure that all employer engagement activity is entered and monitored through the ‘jigsaw’ client
management system
 Be responsive and proactive to the needs of the business and discuss new areas of opportunity

To develop self and support others (KR4)
 Take ownership of annual performance plan, achieving development activities and demonstrating effective
behavioral competencies
 Ensure effective communication between all staff within the sector and across PTP
 Attend & contribute to meetings as appropriate
