Business Development Manager
Package: £25000-£35000 depending on experience+ bonus + car allowance
Asia’s premier logistics service provider who offer end-to-end supply chain solutions for multinational corporations and international brands – from sourcing and manufacturing, to selling across the globe.
Business Development Manager to include identifying new business opportunities, cold calling prospective clients to make appointments for sales representatives, preparing quotes, proposals, company literature and presentations, and doing competitor analysis. You will report to the UK Sales Director and will complete monthly sales meetings to report on new business gained.

As well as a £25000-£35000 base salary, there is a company car included with a fully expensed fuel card, and a company laptop provided.
Do you have the correct profile?
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative – cold calling is essential on a daily basis. Willing to undertake travel throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis. You will be happy to work towards targets.
- Minimum 3 years’ in the logistic industry
- Minimum 3 years’ freight forwarding experience
- Knowledge of the Asia markets
- Experience of cold calling and hitting targets
