My client has a long history of successfully adding value to the Healthcare industry, the organisation has developed an innovative piece of software that is used to audit CQC compliance, this is one of many products the organisation now take to market.

PACKAGE - £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary plus on target earnings (should be circa 15-20k in year 1), car or car allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, mobile, lap top – I can provide a full list of benefits if required.

Over the past year, from a standing start, the product is now in over 20 hospitals/NHS organisations alongside a number of care home groups, due to the propositions success I now have the need to recruit the sales team’s second member.

The role will generally be field based meaning candidates will need to be able to demonstrate how they can work in an autonomous way.

As mentioned the purpose of the role is to generate new business for the organisation, key duties are outlined below;

Generating and successfully closing new sales opportunities targeting healthcare organisations specifically NHS, private hospitals, private hospital groups, mental health trusts, care homes and general practice organisations primarily within the UK market

Manage the renewal/extension of sales arrangements with existing accounts

Develop long term relationships with new prospects

Supporting marketing and advertising activities as required including but not limited to attending conferences, exhibitions, seminars, journals and social media channels

Capturing and reporting on the company’s CRM system

Lead generation

Required Experience

The ideal candidate must have a successful track record of selling to the healthcare industry at a variety of levels including procurement, finance and ward managers

Possess excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills

High levels of business and commercial acumen

Be able to successfully work using high levels of autonomy
