The role is an office based sales role where for the mostpart you'll be following up on warm leads generated from the marketing team, as well as prospecting new potential clients off your own back. Their target clients are large businesses (their existing customers include the likes of BT, Sainsburys, Iceland etc.) so the role is very much quality led - this isn't a bashing the phone 100+ times/day position. You must take the time to properly research a new business to determine who the key decision makers will be (typically senior HR leaders) - and how best to approach them.
We're looking for people with a proven business development background with lots of energy, you must be able to create rapport with potential customers quickly & be a strong closer - even if it's not closing the deal itself, it's vital that you must close the next action point. You'll ideally have a B2B services background, it would be particularly helpful if you've already sold into senior HR professionals, though that is very much a "nice to have". Finally, they're a great bunch of people who all get on really well together - this isn't a place for ego's!
