A booming business with Clients all over the world they are recruiting for someone with a flair for building relationships and the ability to spot new business opportunities and nurture current client relationships.
This is not a hard sales role and as this is a very technical company you will not be closing the sale. The role is consultative and relationship building creating warm leads for the technical sales department.
The role will involve
- Calling current and prospective customers
- Building relationships with existing customers to understand their challenges and identifying new opportunities
-Liaising with the marketing team to develop marketing messages
-Having structure to follow up with customers to create long term business
-Researching new companies and markets
- up selling on products
- Keeping up to date with competitor activity
-using CRM databases, office and outlook on a daily basis
- meeting KPIS as set out buy your line manager
To be successful in this role you will need:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels
Proven business development experience
The ability to work to targets
A friendly nature
The ability to learn and retain information, key industries and their requirements
Excellent time management
motivated and proactive in developing long term business
Salary and Benefits
Starting salary £22,000 per annum with quarterly bonus structure in place
25 days holiday
Hours Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm
