Key measures of success
 Sales performance against targets
 Effectively creating a results driven sales environment
 Positive feedback from customers & prospects
 Accurate sales forecasting and effective use of Salesforce CRM
 Bold ideas to improve sales performance
Key performance indicators
 Invoiced revenue – monthly targets agreed with Strengthscope® on a quarterly basis
 Call time – 2-3 hours call time per day
 Meeting generation and attendance – 8 per month attended
 Networking event attendance – 1 per month
Core responsibilities
 Generating interest and securing qualified meetings with prospects through targeted face-to-face, telesales and email
 Ensuring proactive networking with Human Resources, Talent and OD decision-makers and leaders as well as
independent/non-corporate Accredited Partners, to maximise contact time and build high quality relationships that provide
a strong sales pipeline.
 Replying in a timely and effective manner to all requests for information from prospects interested in the company’s
Strengthscope products and training
 Identifying customer needs and co-ordinating responses to RFPs/tenders to optimise business wins
 Ensuring consulting and coaching sales with existing client are optimised
 Working with the Head of Strengthscope, the directors and the finance team to generate accurate sales forecasts and
build a strong pipeline of opportunity

 Preparing for and leading product and training sales meetings with the consultants and directors to review progress and
ensure sales effectiveness
 Ensuring the Salesforce contact d/base is kept up to date and timely and accurate reports are supplied to the team to
monitor progress and improve performance.
 Working with the Marketing Executive and consulting team to ensure the marketing plan is effectively implemented to raise
awareness of our brand and generate sales leads.
 Working in close partnership with the Consulting and Coaching team to maximise consulting and coaching sales
 Working closely with the Business Development team to implement effective use of Salesforce (CRM system)

 A proven track record of at least several years in telesales and sales generally, ideally focused on outbound calls in a B2B or
equivalent environment
 Achievement oriented, results-driven person focused on achieving exceptional results
 Strong initiative and a proactive approach to finding & closing opportunities
 Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills
 Highly efficient and organised
 Ideally have good capabilities and experience using Salesforce
 Enjoyment of a varied, challenging workload
 Self-sufficiency – the right candidate for this role will have a passion for achieving sales success and as such, should be
internally driven to achieve the targets.
 The right candidate should be energetic and enthusiastic about making outbound contact to new, existing and prospective
corporate clients and should need to be reminded about this.
