Do you have a drive for sales and an interest in the property market?

My established and well respected Client based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Sales Executive/Business Development Advisor to join their growing team. The main purpose of this role is to provide an excellent customer experience and represent the company to a high standard to all parties involved in the purchase of a new home.

Responsibilities will include –
• Be in control of development, presentation and all aspects of the purchasing process.
• Be the main point of contact for the purchaser and other parties, from first contact to the completion of the house sale.
• Work towards sales targets, maximising profit for the business while meeting deadlines.
• Complete administration tasks according to company policies, and within set timeframes.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, including the after care of customers who have completed on their house.
• Proactively search for target customers and create appointments.
• Follow up on sales leads to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure that market research is undertaken, including pricing, advertising, marketing, PR, incentives, etc. to provide a correct and updated sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the property or estate agency sector, along with excellent customer service and communication skills and organisational ability. Due to the nature of the role experience within a sales or target driven environment is essential, and you will also need to own your own vehicle as some travel will be involved.

The basic salary is competitive, and the successful candidate should expect the OTE for this role (including commission) to be upwards of £36,000 per annum.
