My client is recruiting for an Administrators to provide Secretarial support to the Client Services team doing task such as:
Preparing documentation for client appointment and meetings
Office duties such as filing, post, ordering stock and note taking
Running client reports and sending to clients
Responding to client correspondence
This role is all about organsiational skills and management of high end clients supporting the Senior team and their portfolio
Ideal background would be a corporate organisation, excellent use of systems and mircrosoft package along with good numeracy and literacy skills
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a superb salary
