Responsibilities will include;
- Reception - meeting and greeting visitors and handling general enquiries
- Monitoring our temporary timesheet system - chasing outstanding timesheets
- Checking and responding to online job applications
- Telephone screening candidates
- Arranging registration interviews
- Referencing for temporary candidates
- Assisting with creating marketing materials
- Creating email marketing
- Updating the in-house database
- Sourcing potential candidates and skills matching
- Plus other admin support to the consultants
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain some office experience, or for someone who wants to get into a role within the recruitment industry.
You must be confident talking to people over the telephone and in person, as this will be a responsibility that you have on a daily basis. You will need to be comfortable asking candidates questions about their skills and experience in order to conduct successful telephone interviews.
You will have experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The successful candidate must be available immediately or on a very short notice period.
