Branch Administrator
Temporary position for six months (with view of an extension subject to performance)
Full time – 40 hours per week (9am – 6pm Monday to Friday)

Due to recent growth and business expansion, Reed Health & Care are looking for Branch Administrator to join their successful team in Central London
.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance:

• Ensure that all Candidate files are complete and signed off as compliant before being passed to Management for final sign off.
• Profile database and Compliance tracker is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information.
• All entitlement to work is checked ensuring that any subsequent queries/visa checks are carried out.
• DBS requests are completed correctly and without errors. Records are maintained to ensure all Temporary Employees have a current DBS on file, preempting when a new DBS will need to be processed to ensure that the candidate can continue on assignment.
• Responsible for providing a final check in DBS process to help minimise the loss of revenue through high DBS error rates
• Liaising with branches across all divisions to ensure swift and accurate processing of CRB/DS applications
• Ensure that all referencing is carried out for the relevant period, with all gaps covered, before a candidate is signed off as compliant.
• References to be sent out through appropriate channels and chased through to completion.
• Ongoing compliance monitoring is undertaken such that all audits, both internal and external, are successfully completed.
• General compliance administration i.e. filing, scanning, photocopying etc

Recruitment

• Ensure that all the relevant paperwork is completed for new bookings
• Uploading candidate documents to recruitment portal systems
• Dealing with in coming queries / trouble shooting via a centralised email system in a timely manner
• Keeping track of all registrations and sending reports on registrations to management on a monthly basis
• Dealing with all CPD queries and keeping track payments made
• Ensure candidate availability tracker is updated by making weekly calls to active temporary workers
• Assisting the Business Manager and Recruitment Consultants where necessary.
• General administration duties i.e. filing, scanning, photocopying etc
