My client is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated team player to join their busy office. Working for a dynamic and successful organisation the Administration Assistant will support the Head of Administration to ensure that all processes run effectively. They will be responsible for training administrative staff and monitoring and reporting on branch administration performance. The role will involve liaising with other departments in the business to include the accounts dept, reps and Internal Sales Assistants as well as working with the companies data systems and exporting data. The postholder will be responsible for accurately processing paperwork, making sure all details are correct. They will also analyse branch data and cover any holiday / sickness.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has great administration skills and good IT skills including, Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
