Main Purpose of Job:
To provide: an effective branch office administration function and a firm wide probate valuation service. All of the aforementioned to be conducted in line with operational and regulatory requirements and at all times to act honestly, fairly and professionally in accordance with the best interests of the Company’s clients

Key Duties:

• To accurately type documents and various pieces of correspondence as required
• To complete File Checklists for Investment Managed and Discretionary Clients
• To maintain and reconcile the petty cash fund
• To liaise with clients and other branches in respect of any queries, settlement and contract issues
• To assist in the production and distribution of valuation statements
• To answer incoming calls and allocate calls promptly and efficiently
• To carry out reception duties in an efficient and professional manner including seeing to clients requirements
• To maintain an awareness and understanding of the investment industry,regulations and company procedures as required for the role
• To carry out various administrative duties including filing, scanning and photocopying
• To manage the postal system within the office
• To ensure that the presentation of the office is maintained to a high standard
