Experienced Bookkeeper/Payroller required for a Accountancy Practice in Kingston, Surrey
Payroll duties -
Process client payroll
Check payroll reports
Ensure payslips and reports are sent to clients on time
Ensure pension payments are submitted
Complete year-end returns for submission to HMRC
Produce P60s at the end of the tax year for employees
Undertake the HR new starter process
Process leavers and P45's
Furlough calculations and submissions
P11d submissions
Calculating and processing SSP, SMP, SPP
Processing overtime and over adjustments such as benefits
Bookkeeping duties -
Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
Reconcile purchase and sales ledger statements and process payments and receipts
Month-end purchase/sales ledger reconciliation
Bank reconciliation
Petty cash reconciliation
Balance Sheet reconciliation
Daily processing of bank statements
IT experience -
Xero
