An established client of ours is looking for a Bokkeeper/office manager for their accounts team. 

Key responsibilities

* To ensure that all supplies and equipment are purchased as requested by nominated management.
* Ensuring all purchase and subcontractor Invoices are approved, entered and paid in a timely manner.
*  To liaise with Project Managers, Commercial directors and QS with regard to invoice queries.
* Issue all sales invoices.
* Record all receipts and deposit and reconcile bank accounts.
* Reconciliation of cash book and petty cash and all other accounts.
* Maintain Petty Cash fund.
* Responsible for all financial reporting to the external accountant.
* Monthly Reconciliation of subcontractor’s retention’s
* Compile and submit all CIS  returns, all quarterly vat returns, and all other HMRC

Ideal candidates will be able to work from 8am - 5pm 
Looking for at least 2-3 years experience in a Bookkeeper or Accounts assistant role

Role is based at Heathrow offices
SAGE (line 50) or equivalent training beneficial
