A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for those seeking a Bookkeeper position within the care sector in Reigate, Surrey. This is a permanent, full time role offering a salary range of £22,000 to £24,000 per annum.

 As a Bookkeeper you will be reporting to the Accountant and will carry out the following duties:
- Set up and operate computerised and manual accounting/invoice control system
- Set up and operate a payment/credit control system
- Prepare monthly bank trials balances and debtors/creditors lists
- Create and monitor Financial Management reports monthly/quarterly
- Cooperate with the company's Accountant to create all financial records and information to produce annual accounts
- Day-to-day administration of the office and company
- Daily communication with all employees and clients
- Producing documentation such as invoicing fees
- Dealing with daily financial matters and banking
- Keep employee records & rotas, PAYE & pay roll matters including payment of wages
- Assist in setting up, developing and monitoring employee training & development

Successful candidates for this role will have the following experience/attributes:
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of Sage accounting, particularly Sage line 50
- Strong, demonstrable IT skills
