I am partnered with an industry leading client with offices based near Crawley, in the recruitment for an Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will need to be available immediately and able to commit to ongoing, temporary work. Initially, this role will require part time hours, however will soon increase to full time.
Our client are currently going through a transitional period, however it is highly likely this role will be made permanent thereafter.
Your key duties within this role will include:
- Managing the Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger and Credit Control
- Payments and Banking
- Monthly Stock Reporting
- Company Expenses and Credit Cards
- Assisting with preparation before Payroll
This role sits within a very flexible, friendly and supportive team. Initially you will be based remotely (all equipment is provided) however regular travel to the office will be required once safe to do so.
