 Bookkeeper

Do you have 5 years of Bookkeeper experience?

Have you got experience working with in an accountancy practice?

Are you looking to work for a stable company with opportunities for growth and development?

Then we have a great role for you with our new client. They are currently looking for a full time bookkeeper to help deal with their current growth.

Responsibilities:

Collecting debts and liaising with clients
Paying invoices and managing billing queries with suppliers
Reconciling invoicing and payments
Managing Bank reconciliations
Checking and submitting quarterly VAT returns via Xero
Running monthly management accounts for review with Project Director


Experience:

Previous general accounts experience
Xero experience (preferred)
Meticulous, organised and methodical
Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
Ability to troubleshoot independently
General administrative skills, as well as experience within a customer-facing sector
